The idea
Onboarding and compliance are usually a folder of PDFs nobody reads. I wanted a guided environment that adapts to a role, tracks real progress and keeps a human in the loop.
The problem
Static training does not verify understanding, and managers cannot see where people actually are. Trust and oversight get lost.
The approach
Structured learning paths, role-based access, progress tracking and verification — with coaching built in rather than bolted on.
How AI was used
AI structures content into paths, checks understanding and surfaces where someone needs support — under human supervision.
What I learned
AI adoption inside an organisation is a people problem first. Verification and trust matter more than features.
Being rebuilt around clearer learning paths and stronger human oversight. Confidential details are kept out of public view.
