Can a handful of UI screenshots become a reusable set of design tokens without manual measuring?

Setup
Fed annotated screenshots into a structured prompt and asked for colours, spacing and type as named tokens.

Generated a token file, then rebuilt a sample component from it to check fidelity.

What I learned
Screenshots are a surprisingly good spec. The win is consistency, not pixel perfection.

Round-trip the tokens back into a second screen and measure drift.
